The Company is with new owners and the dispute I had with the old one has now been swiftly resolved. I ordered a Carbon Dioxide Alarm from SD Fire Alarms on line. in January 2017. When it arrived, it was clearly old stock. My complaint was not answered. HOWEVER as soon as the company's r new owners took it over, I received a phone call offering to replace the old alarm immedietely. A new alarm arrived promptly, which is of a higher spec than the one ordered. This is great customer service from the new team.
I just wanted to say thanks for getting the test key to me so quickly before the audit. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone +++

Great service, so friendly and helpful when you have limited knowledge haha!
Had a problem with a battery purchase, (my fault), went to return the product and they were brilliant. I will definately come back here for all my future motoring purchases and also sing their praises to everyone who comes in my shop, the little supplement company, in Paignton. Brilliant!!

The guys at Chelston Electrical couldn't be more helpful. Have bought batteries, alternators and starter motors from them on numerous occasions and they have also been so helpful. The work they carry out has always been flawless.
I rang Chelston Electrical on an off chance for a VARTA Blue battery one late December afternoon, not really honestly believing (a) they would have it or (b) it would be at any sensible price. Wrong on both counts. Dropped by to pick it up and asked if anything I needed to be aware of when fitting and was immediately offered a free fitting by Andy who explained if they aren’t busy and it only takes 5 minutes that’s what they do. Very impressed with that. But first they wanted to test my battery to see if it was needing replacement! This is an example to be followed. No £16 fitting fee like Halfords for a more expensive Halfords ‘no-name’ battery. No determination to make a sale merely because one could be made. So this is a reason not to write off the ‘support local’ idea as an expensive non-starter. There are people out there in the community who are real business people out to make a real difference and provide real service. Thanks Andy.
